SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY ZONES
Products will be shipped to the delivery address(es) specified during the ordering procedure, provided such address(es) is(are) located within the Delivery Zone. Any delivery address located outside of the Delivery Zone will be refused during the ordering procedure.
Current Delivery Zones:
- United States: All 50 states (excluding territories)
- International: Select countries (see International Shipping section below)
Products purchased via the Website may only be delivered to a physical street address within the Delivery Zone.
BYLONDON will not process orders for:
- Post office boxes (P.O. Boxes)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Package forwarding services
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Standard Shipping is provided for all domestic US orders. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
We do not currently offer:
- 2-day shipping
- Overnight shipping
- Priority overnight shipping
- Saturday delivery
Domestic Shipping Costs (United States)
Shipping costs are based on your order value:

All orders require direct signature upon delivery.
Shipping costs will be displayed in your order summary before you confirm your purchase. This amount is payable in addition to the product price and any applicable taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account order history (if you created an account)
- The carrier's website directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
We recommend checking tracking information regularly to ensure you're available to sign for delivery.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Late or Failed Delivery
If you experience delivery failure or your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days after shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Important: To file a claim, you must notify us within 15 business days from the date of your order confirmation.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your package upon delivery:
- Check that the package is unopened and undamaged
- Note any visible damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt before signing
- If possible, photograph any damage or issues immediately
If there are any problems with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- No one available to sign
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
You will be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fee (15% of order value)
A refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the above fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
BYLONDON currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping availability is displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Order weight and dimensions
- Order value
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days after shipment (varies by destination)
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Customer Responsibility:
- You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country
- These fees are NOT included in your order total
- Fees are collected by the carrier or customs at time of delivery
- BYLONDON has no control over these charges
Important: Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned. You will not receive a refund for shipping costs or customs fees.
International Returns
All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped to non-US addresses except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped by BYLONDON

CUSTOM COMMISSION ORDERS
Custom 1-of-1 commission pieces require extended production timelines:
Production Time: 2-3 weeks from design approval
Shipping: Standard shipping applies after production completion
Tracking: You will receive regular updates during production and shipping notification when your piece is complete
Custom commission pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, BYLONDON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Using the tracking number to confirm delivery
- Being available to sign for your package
- Contacting the carrier if delivery confirmation shows "delivered" but you haven't received it
- Filing a police report for stolen packages
In cases of confirmed carrier error or loss, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Before Shipment: Contact [email protected] immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We will do our best to update it before processing.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You must contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to request address changes or delivery holds.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
BYLONDON reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Known package forwarding services
- Addresses with history of fraudulent activity
- Locations where we cannot verify delivery
- Addresses flagged by our fraud prevention systems
